01Will my subscription renew automatically?

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancel at any time and keep access until your current paid period ends. You won’t be charged for the next billing period. To return after cancellation and expiry, subscribe again manually.

02Can I access my content after my subscription ends?

Paid features stop at the end of your subscription. Content you created during your subscription is not deleted and remains accessible.

03What happens to my remaining pack credits?

Unused pack credits are paused after your subscription ends. Resubscribe before the pack expires to use them again.

04Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are non-refundable under the plan terms. Please explore the product and demos before purchasing, or contact us with questions.

05Do monthly credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits are issued on your billing date and expire at the end of the billing cycle.
